학회 소개 및 학회 정보

 한국농림기상학회지는 기상과 기후를 농업과 임업에 적용하는 학제적인 분야의 연구논문, 단보, 총설, 그리고 서평의 출판을 위한 국내학회지로서, 기초 및 응용과학적 연구와 이러한 연구들을 농업과 임업에 관련된 실질적인 문제들에 적용하는 데에 중점을 두고 있다. 연구논문은 엄격한 심사과정을 거쳐 편집위원회에서 게재여부를 결정하며, 연구를 통해 발견된 새로운 사실을 알리기 위한 것이다. 이론적인 모형은 반드시 실측 자료에 의해 검정되어야 한다. 구체적인 연구 분야로는, 식물 군락에서의 복사 수송, 증발산, 에너지와 질량 수송, 군락 상하부의 공기의 운동과 난류, 산불/기상 상호작용, 식생 분포 기후, 식물 계절학, 비닐하우스 에너지 수지와 미기후, 기후와 생장과의 관계, 식물/동물관련 생물기상, 그리고 기후변화와 농업/산림 생태계간의 상호작용 등을 포함한다. 단보는 이들 분야에서 사용되는 장비, 특별한 관찰, 실험기술 등에 대한 것으로서, 특히 반복이 불가능한 관찰이나 특수현상을 다룬다. 총설은 학문의 흐름을 조망하거나 사회적 관심사안을 해설하기 위해 주로 편집위원회의 요청에 의해 투고된다. 서평은 최근(2년 이내) 발간된 관련서적에 대한 정보를 다룬다. 또한 본 학회지는 한가지 주제나 학회 proceedings를 위한 특별호를 출판한다.

Aims and Scope:

The Korean Journal of Agricultural and Forest Meteorology is the official journal of The Korean Society of Agricultural and Forest Meteorology. Abbreviated title is ‘Korean J. Agric. For. Meteorol.’. It was launched in 1999. It contains original articles, notes, reviews and book reviews on multidisciplinary research subjects applying meteorology and climate to the fields of agriculture, forestry and natural ecosystems. It is published quarterly in March, June, September, and December each year. Supplement numbers are at times published. All of the manuscripts are peer-reviewed.
