Research Publication Ethics

Authors are expected to comply with APA ethical standards. (http://www.apa.org/ethics/code/index.aspx) and institutional and federal regulations on the treatment of human subjects. Compliance with the institutional review process should be stated clearly in the manuscript (in Method section).
When in doubt about any aspect of the ethics of manuscript submission, the author should contact the Editor, who will make the final decision in consultation with editorial committee members. In all cases, authors should disclose any circumstances about which there may be questions.
Prior to submission, authors should check the followings:
- All the author(s) approved to submit this manuscript to Journal of Music and Human Behavior
- The author(s) certify that this manuscript, either in part or whole, is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere or previously published in any form or language.
- The author(s) certify that this article is author(s)’ original work and contains no material that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, propriety, personal, or statutory right of others.
- The author(s) warrant that they have considerably contributed to the work of this article and have full responsibility for the manuscript and materials they provide in association with this article.
